Nelda is a native of Dallas and a current resident of Sunnyvale. After graduating from the University of Texas she spent several years in marketing in the commercial real estate sector. This was followed by several years with the FDIC during the 1980s closing savings and loans and banks and liquidating their real estate portfolios. With a passion for residential real estate, Nelda became a residential real estate agent in 2000. With 18 years of experience as a top producer she understands the complexities of both buying and selling.
